This handsome woven wool carpet has a formal Kashan pattern. The Farsh rug (sized greater than 6x4 feet) was originally purchased in Hong Kong and boasts a pallet of deep rich colors including a predominant black background, burgundy border, and red and tan central medallion. The corner pieces have light blue and tan accent colors. A repeating burgundy teardrop motif dominates the interior border while the exterior border is solid black.. the rug is trimmed with tan fringe. Pad is included.
The carpet is a perfect size for a dining room area, conversation group or as a bedroom focal point.
